1 General principles and definitions

1.1 The following terms and conditions are effective from the 11th of November 2022 and supersede all previous versions.

Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be notified to all BetRebels players in advance, and before coming into effect.

1.2 Rebels Gaming Limited is a European limited liability company that runs and manages the website and brand BetRebels.com. Rebels Gaming Limited is registered in Malta (reg. no C51793) with its registered address 177A St. Moritz, Tower Road, Sliema SLM 1603, Malta.

Rebels Gaming Limited is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Rebels Gaming Limited holds the licence numbers MGA/B2C/172/2009 issued on the 1st of August 2018.

Rebels Gaming Limited is governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta including the Data Protection Act - Repealed by Act XX of 2018.

The products of Sports betting, Virtual Sports, Live Casino, Casino and Slots are licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

1.3

The following terms and conditions have been written in English. In case there are differences with the original version, the English version will prevail.

WE SUGGEST PRINTING AND KEEPING A COPY FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES, EVEN THOUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE; AS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE FORWARDED. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO VARIATION, WHICH WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH THE BETREBELS WEBSITE. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTING THE COMPLETE, FINAL AND EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ACCOUNT HOLDER AND REBELS GAMING, AND GOVERNING THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REBELS GAMING AND THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. BY OPENING A BETREBELS ACCOUNT, REGISTERING, LOGGING IN, USING THE SERVICES AND PARTICIPATING IN THE GAMES, AN ACCOUNT HOLDER FULLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES:

- TO BECOME A PARTY TO THE REBELS GAMING RULES

- THAT HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD AND WILL BE ADHERING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- THAT HE/SHE SHALL ABIDE BY ALL ITS TERMS

1.4 Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be notified to all BetRebels players in advance, and before coming into effect. Any changes supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the account holder and Rebels Gaming.

1.5 Please refer to our Privacy policy which contains all information regarding the collection and protection of all personal data supplied by clients upon acceptance of this agreement. Acceptance of this agreement assumes the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

1.6 All bets accepted by the Company are subject to the application of the following rules. The definitions of the types of bets published on this site are to be considered subject to these terms and conditions.

1.7 Clients must have reached the minimum legal age to register and by placing a bet the client declares that they are at least the minimum age of 18 (or 21 in the case of Estonian or Greek players). BetRebels reserves the right to cancel bets/winnings placed by a minor.

1.8 Residents of the USA, Malta and Turkey and from high risk Jurisdictions are not allowed to open an account. The use of this service is permitted only to residents of the countries listed in the menu “Country”, as in the “open an account” web page. The Company reserves the right to limit access to some parts of the website to residents of certain countries. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that use of this service is authorised under the laws governing the country or nation in which they are residents.

1.9 BetRebels reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, according to the non-retroactivity principle. The client will be notified of any variations through the usual communication media used by the company. The contents of the website form an integral part of these terms and condition, and in case of any discrepancies between the website content and the present terms and conditions, the latter will prevail. All editions will show version number and validity start date.

1.10 BetRebels commits to follow the relevant laws in force in Malta. All bets made through BetRebels, within the present terms and conditions and rules, are subject to Maltese law, and the Courts of Malta will have sole jurisdiction in resolving any dispute which might arise through interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions. All bets made through BetRebels websites are received and validated in Malta and are subject to the terms and Conditions published on the BetRebels websites. By placing a bet at any product, the client accepts the terms and conditions relative to the sport or event which is the subject of the bet, including any daily/weekly maximum winning(s) limits.

1.11 BetRebels cannot be held responsible in any case or circumstance for any damage or loss caused either directly or indirectly by the website or its contents or by the misuse of it or its contents by a third party.

1.12 Any exception to these rules will be communicated in written form to the client. Any verbal statement made by BetRebels employees or agents will be disregarded in case of a dispute.

1.13 The company reserves the right to decide any case arising through any omission of these rules or contents of the website and pledges to do so in fairly and objectively.

1.14 BetRebels will apply the strictest penalties and contractual sanctions to all those clients who are involved in fraud. The company will refuse payment of winnings to clients in the case of presumed or suspected fraud.

1.15 The client will be responsible for and will reimburse, upon request, all costs, expenses and losses suffered by the Company (including all direct, indirect or future losses, and any loss of profit and/or reputation) whether directly or indirectly caused by fraud, dishonest behaviour or criminal act.

1.16 Personal account or betting account: is a private account with the company where all the client transactions will be recorded (deposits, withdrawals, winnings, etc). The personal account can be checked on-line via the website and it is the client’s responsibility to keep his/her accounts details private.

1.17 Bet: is the risk, to which the client commits, of the occurrence of a number of events as selected by the client.

1.18 Stake or stake amount: is the amount of money that the clients intends to bet.

1.19 Selection: is the event outcome on which the client intends to bet

1.20 Winnings: is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds of the selected event. In the case of multiple bets, the amount is calculated by multiplying all the odds by themselves and then multiplying this number by the stake.

1.21 A “Prize” is an amount, a bonus or a reward that can be won by the Account Holder.

1.22 Type of bets or markets: the types of bets available will be displayed regularly within the content of the website.

1.23 Minimum/Maximum selections: indicates the minimum/maximum number of selections that can be combined with a given event and the number of events allowed in a bet according to the events displayed within the website contents.

1.24 Compatibility: indicates whether two or more events can be combined in one bet.

1.25 An “Inactive Account” is a BetRebels Account which has not recorded any log-in and/or log-out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

1.26 "Irregular Practices" mean the following practices:

- Use of any promotional or bonus value on a BetRebels Account by an Account Holder in the bonus feature or the bonus stage of a game with the sole purpose of completing the bonus or progress stage of such game with a cash balance (“Bonus Parking”); or

- Placing a series of bets by an Account Holder, either alone using one BetRebels Account or together with other Account Holders (using their BetRebels Accounts), in conjunction with a promotion (including but limited to bonuses, free bets or any other promotional offers) that has resulted or will result in a profit for the Account Holder, or other Account Holders, irrespective of outcome (“Backing All Outcomes”). An example of this Backing All Outcomes practice is placing a bet on a roulette game on red and black simultaneously; or

- Once an Account Holder has won twice or more than twice the amount of any promotional or bonus value in a specific game, continuing to play such game or other games using only a very small proportion or proportions of the won promotional or bonus value with the aim of gradually increasing the promotional or bonus value (“Bonus Building”) ; or

- The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers; or

- Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, cash out feature or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided; or

- Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;

- Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour; or

- Collecting game bonuses/rounds with an active bonus in the account, in order to play those bonuses in a row at a specific time is not allowed; or

- Players are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a Game round until after the Wagering Requirement for that Bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds; or

- Make a deposit and play with the real money other products and only use the bonus amount for the slots;

2 Personal account

2.1 An individual cannot participate in a game unless that individual is registered as a player and holds a BetRebels Account. For an individual to be registered as a player, that individual must submit an application for registration, which application will, at least, require the following details:

A) that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age;

B) the player's identity;

C) the player's place of residence;

D) the player's valid e-mail address; and

E) the players fixed line home/mobile phone number.

F) a username and a password.

It is the responsibility of the player/client to maintain the above-mentioned account details up-to-date.

2.2 An individual applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided by it in its application form is true and correct. BetRebels will not register the individual and, where that individual has already been registered, BetRebels will cancel that individual's registration as a player if it becomes aware that individual has provided false information when registering as a player. It is the responsibility of the player/client to maintain the above-mentioned account details up-to-date.

2.3 An individual applying for a BetRebels Account acknowledges and accepts:

- The BetRebels terms and conditions as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the BetRebels terms and conditions (that are notified to players in advance);

- That the Place of the Contract is Malta; and

- That the Contract is governed by:

A) The BetRebels terms and conditions, as published in English.

B) Any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Governing Authorities;

C) The Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.

2.3.1 An individual applying to become an Account Holder furthermore warrants and represents:

- a. to be a physical person (a legal entity will not be accepted as an Account Holder);

- b. not to be a resident of: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Azerbaidjan, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, , Comoros, Congo, Czech Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire), Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldavia, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Palestine, Pakistan, Panama, Papa Noua Guinea, Réunion, Russia, Saint Martin (French part), Samoa, American Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Syrian Arab Republic, Tadjikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe (please be aware of particular country exclusions for Casino - Games - Live Casino, Poker and Bingo);

- c. not to be a professional player in any sport, competition or league where BetRebels offers betting;

- d. not to be restricted by limited legal capacity;

- e. not to be acting on behalf of another party;

- f. not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler, and/or be included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) on any register or database of excluded players;

- g. not to be depositing monies originating from criminal and/or other unauthorised activities;

- h. not to be depositing monies through a Card which the Account Holder is not authorised to use and/or utilising a Card in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited;

- i. not to be conducting criminal activities whereby a BetRebels Account is directly or indirectly involved;

- j. not to be employing or making use of a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) designed to defeat or capable of defeating the Client Application and/or Software;

- k. not to be holding an active account with another legal entity which is part of the same group as BetRebels, meaning other entities directly or indirectly controlled by Kindred Group Plc;

- l. not to use the Services if it is illegal in his/her country of residence or otherwise restricted for him/her to open a gaming account, purchase or use services from BetRebels and/or otherwise participate in the games offered. It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to ensure his/her use of BetRebels’s Website and Services is legal;

- m. not to find the Website or the Services offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent; and

- n. to maintain his/her BetRebels Account details up-to-date in terms of the following: first and last name, country of residence, valid email address and phone number.

- o. not to be participating in Irregular Practices.

2.4 An account must be opened in order to bet with BetRebels. The client must use their own personal credit or debit card in order to open an account. Proof of identity, in the form of a photocopy of the card(s) (front and back), together with the photocopy of an identity document, must be forwarded by fax or email at documents@betrebels.com. In order to prevent money laundering, proof of identity may be also be requested when utilising other forms of payment.

2.5 In deciding whether or not to accept requests for the opening of an account, the Company reserves the right to forward details provided by the client to agencies authorised to carry out credit checks, in order to verify client identity and to confirm that the data provided is correct. The client agrees to allow the Company to forward his personal details to external agencies, in order for credit checks to be carried out, and that this data and resulting information will be kept on the files of the Company and/or its agencies.

2.6 Where for any reason our customer refuses or is unable to provide us with any of the requested documents, we reserve the right in our sole, absolute discretion to close the account immediately and the customer shall forfeit all his winnings. Customers should also note that their original deposits may not be refunded.

2.7 We specifically do not permit our customers to do any of the following:

· To act on behalf of another person or third party;

· To sell, transfer, and/or acquire accounts to/from other players;

· To deposit money originating from criminal activity;

· To deposit money through a credit card which a customer is not authorized to use, or knowingly receiving money from such card on in any other manner colluding with a third party to so do;

· To use in any manner whatsoever their player account or that of third parties for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

2.8 We strictly prohibit the use of robotic, mechanical, or electronic, or other devices to automatically make decisions in any game, whether such use is attempted or effected by one of our customers or by as a guest or by any third parties.

2.9 The client must not place bets on behalf of third parties. Any bet placed with the intention of defrauding BetRebels and/or placed or received (with no written consent) from/by any bookmaker, betting syndicate and/or party, association, family group and/or under the advice of any other person or association can be voided at any time, including after the result of the event. Any member of a federation, professional athletes/ex athletes, managers, associates or card-carrying members of sporting companies and/or any employee of companies organising or managing any public or private competition is forbidden to place or accept bets, either directly or via a third party even through the persons authorized to receive them, who have access to the results of such official matches organized by sports associations or competitions offered by the company. It is also forbidden to the employees, directors or shareholders of BetRebels to place bets directly or via third party even at those authorised to receive them.

2.10 The client is permitted to open only one personal account with BetRebels. Eventual duplicate accounts or accounts opened later or under a fictitious name or in the name of others, will be closed and all relative winnings voided. Eventual balances of duplicate accounts will be remitted back to the player. The client must contact the Company directly if they forget or mislay any of the personal details necessary to access his/her online BetRebels account, in order to retrieve these details, in accordance with the Company’s internal procedure for the protection of personal details.

2.11 BetRebels will Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a BetRebels account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, the BetRebels terms and conditions have been violated and/or other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a BetRebels account. This is subject to any of the said events being in connection with the BetRebels account and/or the claim in question.

2.12 All deposits made by the client and any winnings due to the client will be credited onto their account, and all bets and withdrawals are debited to this account. The account is identified only by an ID code and a password. Players shall not treat the Licensee as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits. This account does not yield interest and expenses will not be charged to the account. Opening an account is free of charge, and by opening an account with the company the client authorises the use of personal data according to the Data Protection Ordinance.

2.13 Clients are directly responsible for the security of their account number and password. Any bet placed using this data will be considered valid. Clients may change their password at any time online through the website. The regular amendment of passwords is not compulsory, but it is good practice to change any password at least once every six months. Our security systems guarantee the privacy and protection of all transactions made by the clients though the system.

2.14 The client has an obligation to inform BetRebels as soon as possible of any amounts wrongly credited onto their account. BetRebels reserves the right to cancel any winnings from the date of the error to the date of notification.

2.15 The client can withdraw the full or partial balance by applying in writing or by following the procedure shown on the website. Any transfer charges applicable (click here to for transfer charges), will be communicated, consented and charged to / by the clients account prior to the transfer. BetRebels will forward the funds directly to the account holder only, on the day of the application.

2.16 The rules governing any promotions, competitions and bonuses will be notified and displayed regularly on via the communication media normally used or through the company website.

2.17 The Company will from time to time offer special promotional bonuses, available when opening an account; in offering the bonuses the Company assumes that the client has not opened any other accounts.

2.18 Any amounts paid under the Company’s promotions / bonuses / competitions cannot be withdrawn from the account but can only be used for to place bets.

2.19 Certain promotions cannot be subject to the withdrawal and/or cancellation and can be available only during specific times and at particular conditions. Clients must ensure that the promotion is still available, that they are entitled to it and that its applying terms have been fully understood.

2.20 A player registration may be refused or closed at the Licensee's sole discretion but contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

2.21 BetRebels reserves the right to close an account at any time and without providing any explanation. Any balance on the account will be returned to the client minus bank transfer costs if applicable. If a client again opens an account (without written authorization by BetRebels) under his/her or with another name, BetRebels reserves the right to close the account and remit funds back to the player.

2.22 Any obscene language, insult or threat either in verbal or written form addressed to any company employee or to the company itself will not be tolerated for any reason. In case of persistent abuse BetRebels reserves the right to close the account permanently with no further explanation together with the account balance remitted back to the client ; the client will not be able to reopen it unless given written consent by the company.

2.23 The Company reserves the right to charge commissions to carry out transactions within the Cashier in those cases in which, due to insufficient betting activity, they believe that the client has been depositing funds solely to gain a profit from the currency exchange

2.24 In order to provide the best service, all changes of personal details of the Client (residence, telephone number and/or email address) must be communicated to the company immediately.

2.25 Provided that Your Account does not show that a balance is due to us, you may close your account at any time. You should indicate your desire to close your account in writing, via e-mail, or letter (using our 'Contact Us' section of the Website). In this case, you shall be sent any balance remaining in your account by a method of payment determined by us. Should you have placed bets, the outcome of which is as yet unknown, and which subsequently win, the corresponding sums shall be sent later when the bet is completed.

2.26 Where you have closed Your Account, we may in certain circumstances be able to re-open Your Account with the same account details as before if You request us to do so, provided that all due diligence documentation has been submitted. In such circumstances, while Your Account will have the same account details as before, it will be subject to the Terms of Use which are in force at the date of any such re-opening and any prior entitlements (including, but without limitation, to bonuses or contingent winnings) will no longer be valid.

2.27 The client accepts our products and services and the correspondent websites in the format in which they are available “as they are” with eventual inaccuracies and omissions and all complaints, guarantee or condition of any kind, either expressed or implicit (including, for example, implicit guarantees of precision, completeness, uninterrupted supply, quality, marketability, adequate to a particular aim or missed violation) are excluded to the maximum limit as provided by the law.

2.28 In no circumstance the company is responsible for any lesion, loss, claim, data loss, income, profit or opportunity, loss or damage of goods, general damage or direct, non-direct, particular, accidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive of any kind arising from or linked to the access, the use or the inability from the Client to use to use our products and services and the corresponding websites or our chat rooms, any software, material or data and information present on our website or any product, material or service provided (which is based on a contract, unlawful act, negligence or other), even if the company had been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses and even if such loss was predictable. The client recognizes, agrees and accepts specifically that BetRebels is not responsible towards him/her for:

- defamatory, offensive or illegal behaviour of any other Client;

- any loss deriving from the use, the excessive or improper use of the client’s account or of any other product or service and of its correspondents websites;

- any eventual missed interaction from the Company with the client in those cases in which the company could have had reason of concerns for the Client’s activity.

3 Payments

3.1 Deposits to, and withdrawals from, a BetRebels Account shall at all times be made through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider. Procedures, terms and conditions may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions. Current advice is available when logged in on the Site under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal".

3.2 Customers may make deposits into their account in any one of the currencies indicated on our web site.

3.3 Funds deposited in one account cannot be transferred to another account.

3.4 Customers cannot change the currency of their account once the first deposit has been made.

3.5 BetRebels shall keep Account Holders' funds separately from BetRebels's own funds in a client's account held with a Financial Institution approved by the MGA.

3.6 BetRebels shall not make a payment in excess of two thousand and three hundred Euros/€2300, in cumulative terms (or its equivalent under the operational currency) out of a BetRebels Account of any Account Holder until the Account Holder's identity, age and place of residence have been verified.

3.7 BetRebels may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals, on behalf of BetRebels.

3.8 BetRebels does not accept cash funds sent or delivered directly to BetRebels or a Payment Solution Provider.

3.9 BetRebels shall credit to the BetRebels Account all funds received by BetRebels from or on behalf of the Account Holder, or owned by BetRebels to the Account Holder.

3.10 An Account Holder can only make a deposit with his personal Card. Credit / Debit Card transactions are subject to a limit of €2300 per transaction. If you want to deposit more you have to split the amount on multiple transactions. Kindly note that we do not accept Credit / Debit Card transactions from certain countries. A Credit / Debit card registered with a BetRebels account cannot be utilised on another. Please note that deposit limits apply. Limits will increase upon presentation of the required documentation. Transactions on the Credit / Debit Card Cardsholder's Statement will appear as Rebels Gaming Ltd. If the user has deposited funds with a Credit / Debit Card, and subsequently requests a withdrawal the funds withdrawn will be returned to the same Credit / Debit Card. All Credit / Debit Card payments are processed by Rebels Gaming Ltd.

3.11 BetRebels shall not accept a bet from an Account Holder unless a BetRebels Account has been established in the name of the Account Holder and there are adequate funds in the BetRebels Account to cover the amount of the wager; or funds necessary to cover the amount of the wager are provided in an approved way.

3.12 BetRebels shall not deal with the amount standing to the credit of an Account Holder except:

(a)to debit to the BetRebels Account a bet made by the Account Holder or an amount the Account Holder indicates it wants to bet in the course of a game it is playing or about to play;

(b)to remit funds standing to the credit of the account to the Account Holder, at the Account Holder's request, in terms of regulation 37 of the Remote Gaming Regulations;

(c)to pay reasonable bank charges for deposits received and funds withdrawn; or as otherwise authorised by the Remote Gaming Regulations.

3.13 BetRebels accept the following deposit methods:

- credit cards, (limit daily / monthly limits given by the same card - the amount is credited to player's account in real time);

- debit cards, ( (limit daily / monthly limits given by the same card - the amount is credited to player's account in real time);

- bank transfer (there is no limit, the amount is credited to player account by a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 9 days);

- Skrill (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of skrill account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Neteller (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Neteller account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Paysafe card (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Paysafe account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Ecopayz (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Ecopayz account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Trustly (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Trustly account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Jeton (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Jeton account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- eZeeWallet (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of eZeeWallet account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Cashlib (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Cashlib account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- Vega Wallet (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of Vega Wallet account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

- My-Bang (limit daily / monthly data on the availability of My-Bang account, the amount is credited to player's account in real time).

3.14

3.16 Once the withdrawal request has been submitted, permission must be obtained from the Payment Department who will process the withdrawal request once authorized.

To complete the account verification, each client must provide the following documents:

- a front and back copy of his/her identity document (ID card, driving license or passport)

- a valid proof of residence that must be issued to the client and also issued in the last 3 months. As proof of residence we accept any bills (internet, water supply, telephone, and electricity), a contract recently signed and the Certificate of Residence.

This documentation must be provided via email to documents@betrebels.com.

The Fraud Department, in collaboration with the Payment Department reserves the rights to request additional documents and information whenever it deems necessary.

3.17 All withdrawal requests will be subjected to audit before being processed. If the verification process will reveal a violation of these Terms and Conditions by the customer, BetRebels reserves the right to withhold a payment.

3.18 Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method as the one used by the customer upon depositing. In order to withdraw a bonus and resulting winnings, you must meet certain requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to read carefully the terms and conditions of use of any promotion.

3.19 BetRebels is committed to ensuring that the current regulations against money laundering and the financing of terrorism are strictly adhered to. This commitment implies that sophisticated tools have been put in place to continuously monitor and minimize operational risks. The depositing of funds obtained illegally or by improper means is strictly prohibited. Any customer activity on the site will be monitored and assessed to this effect. Suspicious activity will be reported instantly to the authorities in charge. Moreover, the player acknowledges that he may deposit money into the BetRebels Account only in order to play and use the services offered. Players who deposit and withdraw without gaming activities will have their funds blocked until investigations have been concluded and incur a processing fee of up to 10%.The same fee will apply in cases of bonus abusing or from clients that are part of a betting /gaming syndicates.

3.20 ‘Inactive Account’ means a player’s account which has not recorded any log in and, or log out for an uninterrupted period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Should an Account remain inactive (no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for a period of at least 12 months, an administrative fee of 5 EUR (or a currency equivalent amount) per month shall be deducted from your Account. The deductions are able to be viewed in your Account under ‘My Transactions’. Any inactive Account where your balance is preserved will be reviewed regularly and we will attempt to notify you, via email, at your registered email address of any remaining funds held in your Account at least 30 days prior to any fees to be charged to the account. The deductions shall cease should you reactivate your Account. You can reactivate your account by making one or more wagers or transactions including a valid withdrawal or deposit. You are free, at any time, to withdraw any funds which you are entitled to and which are held by us on your Account.

The first fee for inactive accounts will be deducted on the first day following 12 months of inactivity. All following fees for inactive accounts will be deducted on a monthly basis, i.e. on the first day of each consecutive month until the account balance reaches zero. If upon the deduction of these fees the balance on the BetRebels Account falls to zero, BetRebels is entitled to close this account.

3.21 All transactions are checked to prevent any money laundering activities. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Authorities, namely the FIAU (Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit) of Malta.

4 Betting - Sport Rules

4.01 The use of this Sportsbook is subject to the regulations imposed by the Regulator (www.mga.org.mt). The Sportsbook is provided by Altenar a company registered and licensed in Malta under licence MGA/B2B/582/2018, granted by the Malta Gaming Authority.

4.1 Once a bet is submitted and accepted, the stake is deducted from the client’s personal account.

4.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure his/her instructions have been received correctly by the Company.

4.3 BetRebels reserves the right to decline totally or partially a bet without providing any explanation at any moment before the beginning of the first match indicated in the bet.

4.4 The Client cannot modify or cancel a bet already accepted by the Company.

4.5 The Company does not accept bets on credit: the acceptance of a bet is subject to sufficient funds on the Client’s personal account.

4.6 Bets wrongly accepted with no funds in the account will be cancelled.

4.7 If the stake is only partially covered by the balance, the bet will be valid but the stake will be reduced to the actual funds held and so will do the relative winnings.

4.8 The dates and times displayed through any communication media by BetRebels have only an indicative value, despite they are provided from official bodies, as only the effective dates and time of event start are valid. Any dispute arising from newspapers or other bookmakers companies will be disregarded.

4.9 All the bets placed before the official scheduled time will be valid.

4.10 All odds are subject to fluctuation; the valid odds for the calculation of the win are those registered in the data processing system of the company while placing the bet. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the effective odds via the channels made available on the website.

4.11 The odds, displayed through any channels by BetRebels, are only indicative. The Company reserves the right to modify the quote(s) and to rectify any mistakes or omissions. In particular in the case of evident mistakes (due for example to typing, spelling, translation etc), BetRebels reserves the right to modify the odd(s) and to inform the client of the mistake, eventually even after the event and to rectify eventual winnings already credited on the client’s account. The relative bets, however, remain still valid with the rectified odd(s). It is the client’s choice to ask, before the start of the event, the cancellation or the replacement of the selection(s). To avoid all possible misunderstanding it will be the client’s responsibility to ask confirmation of the odd(s) in question before placing the bet(s) by contacting our Customer service by telephone or email, in the latter case the time recorded by the system will be considered valid. In case of missed contact with the company for any reason, the client will not be able to appeal to BetRebels decision.

4.12 Bets on events belonging to different sports (unless otherwise specified) may be placed if the minimum number of selections is reached.

4.13 For every selection, there are definitions of the criteria of compatibility and minimum and maximum number for multiple bets. These criteria are explained on the website and other methods of communication normally employed by the company.

4.14 If a bet does not respect the criteria of compatibility of the minimum or maximum number of selections required, it will be deemed void.

4.15 We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds without any intention to place sporting and/or gaming stakes. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities.

4.16 The client before requesting a withdrawal it is obligatory to wager at least once the entire amount of his deposit. If there is any evidence of a series of bets/wagers placed which results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, or where all the betting/wagering is determined to be low risk, BetRebels reserves the right to suspend the account and we may also report this to the relevant authorities.

4.17 No tax will be charged to the client on bets affected through the site, or on winnings credited.

4.18 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that details input and viewed (amount of bet, events on which the bet is placed, selections, odds etc) correspond as intended by the client, as it will not be possible to modify or cancel a bet once the confirm key has been clicked by the client.

4.19 When the online bet placed through the internet is accepted, the system will generate an alphanumeric confirmation code which guarantees the correct transmission and correct reception of the bet. If the transmission is effected but the system does not provide a confirmation code, it is the clients responsibility to contact the Company by phone or written message to request the code, indicating account number, date, time and details of the transaction. Under no circumstances will winnings be paid without a valid confirmation code provided by the Company. It is the clients’ responsibility to print out the bet acceptance containing the relevant confirmation code.

4.20 The Company does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss to the client by the web site or its contents due to delays or service interruptions, faults in the communication lines, interceptions or the improper use of any information transmitted via on the Internet. In the case of loss caused by third parties, the Company’s system information will be placed at the disposal of the client and the authorities to assist in identifying the responsible party.

4.21 BetRebels reserves the right withhold (for evaluation) acceptance of any bet for a maximum of 15 minutes. The decision will be communicated to the client through the means available to the Company (telephone, message or email). Only if the amount of the bet has been partially accepted will the client be permitted to cancel the bet, through the same communication means as that used by the Company and within 10 minutes of the communication issued by the Company, and in any case not later than the first (in time order) event upon which the bet was placed. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the bet has been totally or partially accepted, or not accepted at all, by contacting the Company. If no contact is made by the client, any decision made by the Company will be definitive and cannot be appealed against. To avoid any misunderstanding, the client is advised to place any bets sufficiently in advance of the start of the first (in time order) event contained within the bet.

4.22 If bets have been accepted with incorrect amounts or odds due to technical reasons, an error in the underlying odds, or for any other reason, BetRebels reserves the right to cancel the bets even after the outcome of an event is known.

4.23 BetRebels reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, pay-out limits and offerings.

5 Bets via the Internet

5.1 "The Site" is the internet portal on which all current and valid information regarding the Company is published.

5.2 No tax will be charged to the client on bets affected through the site, or on winnings credited.

6 Calculation and payment of winnings

6.1 Checking of bets and payment of winnings related to any event will be affected within 3 hours of termination of the event and during the Company’s opening times (08.00 -21.00hrs GMT).

6.2 Winnings will be paid into the client’s account with the Company.

6.3 Unless otherwise specified the quotes are expressed in decimals.

6.4 Table of equivalent values:

6.8 Decimal quotes are the winnings including the amount bet.

6.9 Fraction quotes are the net winnings.

6.10 American quotes, with the negative sign, (“underdog”) are the units (in absolute value) to be bet in order to win 100 net units. Quotes with a positive sign (“favorite”) are the net units won by betting 100 units.

6.11 Italian quotes are the net percentage in the case of a win.

6.12 In the case of “single” bets (containing 1 event) with decimal quotes, the gross winnings are equal to the amount bet multiplied by the quote of the chosen selection, e.g. if €10 is bet on an event to win with a quote of 3.25, the gross winnings will be of €32.50 [ €10 (amount bet) x 3.25 (decimal quote)]. The net winnings will be €22.50 [€32.50 (gross winnings) less €10 (amount bet)].

6.13 The winnings for a “multiple” bet (containing at least 2 events) is calculated by multiplying the amount bet by the result of the quotes on the selections of the chosen events, e.g. if €10 is bet on three selections with quotes (decimal) equal to 1.50, 3.00 and 2.60 respectively. If all three events are successful the gross winnings will be €117 [€10 (amount bet) x 1.50 (decimal quote) x 3.00 (decimal quote) x 2.60 (decimal quote). Net winnings will be €107 [€117 (gross winnings) less €10 (amount bet)].

6.14 Winnings calculated by our system at the time of placing the bet are for information purposes only for potential winnings. We cannot guarantee that the amounts will be 100% correct. The insertion of invalid date could result in unrealistic winnings amounts, so clients are requested to take care when inserting details.

6.15 A maximum quote of 1000 is fixed for each bet (or system).

6.16 Unless otherwise indicated at the time of placing the bet, the maximum amount of net winnings (inclusive of any bonus) for each sportsbook bet is €20,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies) and €50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) for the Casino and Live Casino. The maximum daily amount of net winnings (inclusive of any bonus) per client (or non-authorised betting syndicate) is fixed at €20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) for the Sportsbook and €50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) for the Casino and Live Casino irrespective of the number of bets placed. The maximum weekly amount of net winnings (inclusive of any bonus) per client (or non-authorised betting syndicate) is fixed at €20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) for the Sportsbook and €50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) for the Casino and Live Casino irrespective of the number of bets placed. The Company reserves the right to deduct the amount in excess of the limits set from the account of the client or group of accounts controlled by the client or non-authorised betting syndicate. The week runs from 00:00:00 hours CET on Monday to 23:59:59 hrs. CET on Sunday.

6.17 The maximum winning amount that a player can withdraw is €15,000 every 30 days. All other winnings over €15,000 will be paid in monthly instalments of €15,000 every 30 days.

7. Casino, Games, Live Casino - Virtual Races - Casino Rules

7.1 Casino, Games, Live casino and Virtual Raced are provided only from Game providers that are licensed and regulated by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)

7.2 BetRebels is authorised by the Game Providers to represent, promote and market the services of the Casino, Live Casino and Games.

7.3 BetRebels receives, holds and pays funds in relation to an Account Holder for the purpose of transactions and settlements with the Casino, Live Casino, Games and Virtual Races.

7.4 BetRebels is not liable for any dispute related to the Intellectual property rights attached to the Casino, Games and/or Live Casino and/or Virtual Races.

7.5 BetRebels accepts and acknowledges liability for transactions conducted to, from and/or with the Casino, Live Casino, Games and Virtual Races exclusively for funds received, held and/or paid to and/or from a BetRebels Account in conjunction with arrangement with the Game Providers.

7.6 Casino and Games can be played for free or against payment. As a consequence, the Account Holder understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to play Casino and Game products. To be able to play for money, an individual must register and become an Account Holder.

7.7 BetRebels and the Game Providers’ employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, agents, retailers and members of their respective immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Casino, Live Casino and Games.

7.8 The Casino, Live Casino, Games and Virtual Races terms and conditions govern the use by the Client of all interactive sports offered, including virtual sports and casino games. These are part of the BetRebels general terms and conditions, which apply to all products and services offered under license by third parties and which the Client must accept at the time of registering for any online or interactive product offered BetRebels. If there are any discrepancies between the general terms and conditions and any section of these Rules for games, casino and virtual races, the general terms and conditions will prevail. For the completeness of these Rules, any reference to the “Company” refers to BetRebels as indicated in the general rules and conditions, as the supplier of the products and services in question.

7.9 The Client accepts that the casino games are for solely for entertainment purposes. The client understands and recognises that no monetary bet is necessary to play the casino games. If the client wishes to play without betting an amount of money, they can do so only on the “play for fun” section.

7.10 The interest of the client in the online casino is personal and not professional. Any client accessing the online casino does so solely for personal entertainment purposes and any other visit, access or re-use of the casino is strictly prohibited.

7.11 The results on communal table games or draws are the same for all players who are playing at the same time. Results on private tables or draws arranged upon request are different for each participant.

7.12 In order to actually play the client must have sufficient credit in tokens or “virtual” money to at least equal the amount of the stake they wish to place. If the client does not have sufficient funds an error message will appear, with an invitation to amend the amount of the stake to correspond with the available credit.

7.13 For a stake, only the amount confirmed and recorded by the Company will be valid.

7.14 The maximum net winnings permitted in one day are €10,000.00 including the sum of winnings obtained on different products (excluding fixed odds sports betting).

7.15 Rules for specific games are published on the casino, games and virtual racing sites.

7.16 In the case of interruption to the game (for example when the internet connection is down), our random number generator will continue to determine the result of the Client’s bet and will generate the transactions as though there had been no interruption (i.e. as though the Client’s internet connection had remained active). The Client will be able to access the bet details determined at the interruption of play, through the record of bet events.

7.17 Obscene expressions, insults and threats will not be tolerated at the gaming tables. If this occurs the players can be removed.

7.18 Fraud: if the Company suspects fraud or any other irregularities, it will begin an investigation into to Client's under suspect. If any form of fraud or attempted fraud or if there is a strong suspicion of fraud, the Client’s account will be closed for an indefinite period on all Casinos offered by BetRebels and the client will be stopped from opening new accounts. If evidence of fraud is found, the Company has the right to deduct all winnings obtained during the period in question and to keep all funds for a minimum of 3 years.

8. BONUS

8.1 BetRebels regularly organises bonus campaigns for the different gaming products offered. The terms and conditions of the bonus system shall be defined in the bonus terms and conditions tailored to each bonus campaign. Bonuses can be subject to the obligation of wagering them a certain number of times (“Turnaround Requirement”) before they can be withdrawn. If a bonus is subject to a Turnaround Requirement, winnings generated by the wager of the bonus will be able to be withdrawn only when the Turnaround Requirement is fulfilled.

8.2 An Account Holder is only eligible for one bonus per Account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

8.3 BetRebels reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific customer or group of customers.

8.4 In case of discrepancy between the English version of the bonus terms and conditions and any translation of them, the version which is most beneficial to the player shall prevail.

8.5 Sportsbook. Each bet must be placed on an event with three or more potential outcomes. If the bonus amount is placed on more than one bet, each bet must be placed on different markets (i.e. different bet types on one fixture or one bet type on different fixtures).

8.6 Bonus Abuse

8.6.1 “Bonus Abuse” includes, but is not limited to:

- breach of terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer;

- the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;

8.6.2 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, BetRebels reserves the right to:

- forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or

- revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or

- block an access to particular products, and/or

- exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or

- terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.

8.6.3 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets has been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer, result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, BetRebels reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and in its absolute discretion to settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings.

9. Live Chat Terms and Conditions

After accepting the Live Chat Terms and Conditions, users may use this Live Chat service free of charge. The following rules apply for the use of the BetRebels Live Chat service:

9.1 When using the Live Chat feature, all users are prohibited from:

a) Harassing, threatening, slandering, or embarrassing anyone, be it a natural or legal person or company, or cause this person inconvenience of any kind.

b) Publishing data, texts, links, or any other content that Sports BetRebels in particular deems illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, hate-inciting, racist or in other ways objectionable;

c) Engaging in any collusion activities;

d) Harming minors in any way;

e) Passing off as another person in the chat rooms;

f) Entering, publishing, transmitting content if this violates the rights of third parties, particularly patents, marks, copyrights, business secrets or other ownership rights;

g) Entering, publishing, disseminating or naming in any other way any advertisement, promotion material or other information/news if it promotes other providers of sports bets and/or games of chance in the chat rooms;

h) Using Game Chat for commercial purposes;

i) Entering, publishing, or transmitting any email address or soliciting users to use another chat service outside the sports interaction game chat service;

9.2 If the user already has a screen name from previous use of the BetRebels Live Chat feature then this screen name will remain permanent. If the user does not have a previous screen name then the user is required to select a permanent screen name during registration for the Live Chat. The user must ensure that the screen name selected bears no resemblance to their BetRebels login username or password for security purposes. BetRebels reserves the right to change or delete inappropriate screen names at any time if necessary.

9.3 Every user is obliged to observe the applicable legal provision (e.g. penal law, protection of minors, trademark rights, copyright, unfair competition, and so on).

9.4 In case of breach of the Terms and Conditions, BetRebels reserves the right to delete the contributions to Live Chat. In serious cases or in case of recurrence, BetRebels is entitled to temporarily or permanently suspend or delete the user's access to Live Chat. It shall be at BetRebels sole discretion to assess the situation leading to a suspended account; or to remove the chat rooms if abused. Furthermore, any suspicious chat will be repoted to the Lotteries & Gaming Authority for its investigation..

9.5 Compliance with these rules shall be monitored. Every user is also authorized to inform us in case of suspected violation of the Terms and Conditions.

9.6 Every user is responsible for the content and data he/she publishes. BetRebels shall not assume any liability for damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Live Chat.

9.7 No assurance or warranty can be given for the availability and reliability of the Live Chat service.

9.8 The present Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time. The users of this Live Chat service are not entitled to assert claims of any kind against BetRebels. BetRebels shall not be liable for any damage caused by the faulty transmission or non-transmission of contributions, irrespective of whether a confirmation of transmission is received or not.

9.9 All conversations are logged and recorded for security purposes.

10. Self-exclusion

10.1 We are aware that whilst for the majority of clients, gaming is simply an entertaining pastime, for a small number of people it can become a problem. For any players wishing to limit their gaming, BetRebels offers the self-exclusion option. We ask our clients to refer to our rules on Responsible Gaming, which highlight how seriously we consider this issue and the assistance we provide.

10.2 Self-exclusion is a formal process through which we cease allowing the client to utilise an account with us for the selected period. As part of our Responsible Gaming policy, we allow you to take a Timeout or Exclude yourself from your account entirely for a set period of time. The timeout option allows you to take a break for 1 to 6 weeks, while the self-exclusion option allows you to close your account for a duration of 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or permanently. You will be logged out and your account will become suspended effective immediately. During this period we cannot accept deposits or bets. The account will be closed and the remaining amount will be returned. Any ongoing bets will remain active and any winnings will be paid to the client on termination of the event.

10.3 Once the self-exclusion procedure has been started, at the client’s request, it cannot be cancelled by the company for any reason whatsoever and the client cannot open another account. Any accounts pertaining to clients who have self-excluded themselves will be automatically reopened after the expiry of the self-exclusion period. The client may make a request via email for the reopening of the account (no other method of activation is permitted). It is necessary by law to wait for 7 days before reopening the account (cool off period). During these 7 days, the client can decide to maintain his self-exclusion status and not reopen his account. However, if he/she still wishes to continue playing after the 7 days, they may request the reopening of the account after the cool off period has been completed.

10.4 To request self-exclusion, the client must access his/her personal BetRebels account inserting their username and password, and, from the “Account” menu, the client will then be able to select “Responsible Gaming” and “Set Timeout” or “Self-exclude” for the desired period. The request will be accepted immediately.

10.5 Clients who want to close their accounts permanently without the possibility of reopening in future due to gambling addiction are advised to notify us by email, after closing their accounts, so that we make sure their accounts will not be reopened.

10.6 There are specific software products available to assist the Client with the auto-exclusion process, supplied by organisations such as ICRA.

11. Intellectual Property

13. Miscellaneous
